Can I provide my own balloons?

No, I prefer to work with the balloons I provide to ensure a certain looking quality.

Can I customize my balloons?

YES! You pick the balloon color, tassel color, and the message that you want written on the balloon.

What are add-ons?

Garland fillers like flowers, Streamers, foil balloons, etc.

Can I add time to my rental?

Being that most rentals are 6 to 8 hours for the price, if I don’t have an event for the next day for that item, then I can do a next day pick up.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. In the event that your event is canceled, a credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used in the future.

Do you come back and take down the installation?

Once the event has ended, taking down the installation is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons and command hooks, this can be provided at an additional charge based on the size of your install. Please mention this when you inquire.

What do you use to hang your garlands?

We use a variety of hooks to install our garlands. Depending on the surface of the wall, we typically will use wall friendly 3M command hooks.

How does delivery and installation work? 

Most times we will arrive with all balloons fully inflated to save time on installation. However, there are some cases where the balloons need to be inflated on site. Details will be discussed about the installation time once your order is placed and your deposit has been paid.
